Hello! My name is Betsey Kirchhoff and I am beginning my 4th year at Eyestone Elementary, and my 7th year teaching kindergarten in Poudre School District! I am extremely excited to meet my new bunch of students this year and to help them create a solid foundation for their lifelong education while also instilling a love for learning!
I am a Fort Collins native and have lived and worked in the community my entire life. I previously worked at Linton Elementary School and taught kindergarten there for 3 years. I also have an amazing daughter that I love spending my free time with swimming, riding bikes and watching movies.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in the Early Childhood Education teachers' licensure program after working in a private daycare setting for many years. Teaching is my passion, I have the best job iob in the world, and I cannot wait to share that love with you and your children!
