Hello!
My name is Emma MacLeod and this is my 10th year teaching and my fourth year at Eyestone Elementary. I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska and went to college at the University of Wyoming (Go Cowboys!) where I received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. Once I graduated, I moved back to Omaha where I taught first, second, and third grades. I also received my Master's Degree in Improvement of Instruction from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
In my free time, I love to do anything outside. I enjoy camping, hiking, skiing, biking and running.
In celebration of Ranger - the 2021-2022 addition to the Second Grade team. Ranger follows in the footsteps of his guardian angel, Gus, who served as the Eyestone Therapy Dog during 2019-20. A bit smaller in stature and opposite in color, Ranger carries on spreading love and hugs to everyone he meets. Eyestone is very fortunate to have Ranger several times a week - bringing his positive energy and happiness!
