I hope that you will be able to join us for our all-school music program, “Songs From the Heart”. The students are excited about and eager for the opportunity to perform for you!
The program will be held at Timberline Church (2908 Timberline Rd., Fort Collins, 80525), and will start at 6:30 pm. Supervision for students in their respective holding rooms/areas will begin at 6:15 pm. If you arrive before 6:15 pm, please keep your children with you and under your supervision.
Beginning at 6:15 pm, you can drop your child(ren) off at the designated holding room/area:
- South Auditorium – 5th grade – Please keep student coats with you.
- East and West Doors of Main Auditorium – 3rd and 4th grade students enter at 6:15 to sit with class in first two rows across auditorium.
At the conclusion of the program (approximately 7:30 pm), you will receive directions on how and where to pick up your children. (Please do not plan to leave with your child before the show is completed.)
Timberline Church’s main auditorium has a seating capacity of 1,262, with good visibility from all areas. In addition, the venue is authorized to have one-person-deep standing along the side walls/aisles (if there isn’t a seat for you or you prefer to stand), and has a large overflow auditorium as well with a live-feed screen and sound. There is also plenty of parking available, and you can enter the building from any of the three main sets of doors. (The lots on the south or east sides will be closest/most accessible for this performance.)
Costumes: You should have received information on costumes if your child has a specialized part in the show. Otherwise, students should wear a red, purple, pink, or white top and pants or skirt (no shorts) to support the Valentine theme. Please, no hats or masks.
